 On Hold for a potential urgent SIM 

We've all been there, nothing might happen, or the stars will align and everything will fall into place so that this one last thing you were waiting on comes through and this file becomes super urgent to exchange and complete straight away. We'll monitor your emails, and you can give the relevant client our number just in case something happens and you need to engage our Simultaneous Exchange and Completion Service. 

 Exchange Contracts 

We will carry out a pre-exchange check and risk assessment, check the deposit monies and insurance are in place and that the COT has been submitted and confirmation of release of funds received, then we will take the client's authority and contact the other sides solicitors to exchange contracts.
 Completion - £60  We will make the completion payments and monitor the completion until it is confirmed. We will notify the client and any other relevant parties that completion has taken place and prepare the post completion letters 

 Simultaneous Exchange and Completion

We will carry out a pre-exchange check and risk assessment, check the deposit monies and insurance are in place and that the COT has been submitted and confirmation of release of funds received. We will arrange payment of completion funds, take the client's authority and contact the other sides solicitor to arrange the simultaneous exchange and completion of the matter
