Dealing with Sale Enquiries 

We will liaise with the client and any other relevant parties to respond to all enquiries raised to the satisfaction of the buyers solicitors. Once the buyers have confirmed that they are satisfied and have no further enquiries to raise, the file will be passed back to the fee earner to conduct the final review and report. 

Title Check, Initial report & Raising Enquiries

We'll carry out a full review of the title and provided contract documentation and prepare an initial overview report to the client and initial enquiries to be raised to the sellers solicitors.
 

Reviewing replies to enquiries received  

We will review the enquiries you raised and the responses received and will prepare a report to your client with the relevant information together with comments/further enquiries to the sellers solicitors if needed. If the responses are not entirely satisfied, we will pursue the outstanding or unsatisfactory responses from the sellers solicitors.
