 All reports will be prepared and submitted to the instructing fee earner for approval and forwarding on to the client.

  Search report

  We'll review all searches included in a standard search pack and will prepare a search report to the client together with any additional enquiries that may need to be raised to the sellers solicitors and additional searches that may be required.

 
 Mortgage Report 

We will review the mortgage offer and any accompanying documents and prepare a mortgage report for your client.

 
 Final Review & Report    

We will conduct a final review of the file and prepare a final Sale report or final Title report to the client with the relevant accompanying documents for signature and return
 

 Statement of Account & Invoicing    

We will prepare an invoice for fees together with a statement of account and accompanying letter to client requesting balance to complete / bank details for payment of proceeds.
